The website gindigold.com is operated by Gindi Gold Jewelry Ltd., which has been manufacturing and marketing jewelry and diamonds for over 30 years. Use of the site and making purchases on it are subject to the following terms. Use of the site constitutes agreement to these terms. Use is permitted from age 18 and up and for private purposes only.
Orders and payment
- Purchases on the site are possible by credit card or PayPal only. Checks, cash, or offsetting credits from previous purchases are not accepted.
- An order is confirmed only after approval by the credit card company, and a final confirmation will be sent by email within 48 working hours.
- Once an order is confirmed it cannot be canceled or changed through the site. To inquire, you may contact us by phone.
- Prices include VAT. Prices may change from time to time.
Supply and shipping
Delivery arrives within 14 business days of order confirmation, to the address provided or by self-pickup from the store in Kfar Chabad. Delivery is made in person and not to a P.O. box. Delays may occur for reasons beyond our control.
Return and exchange policy
- You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the product is in its original packaging, unused and unaltered, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- A return entitles you to an exchange for another product or a credit. The credit is valid for 6 months from its issue date.
- Exchanges are carried out at the store, in accordance with the company’s exchange procedures and subject to the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.
- Custom-ordered, engraved, or custom-designed items cannot be returned.
Warranty and limitation of liability
The company may cancel an order in the event of an error, lack of stock, or suspicion of commercial use. Images on the site are for illustration only, and there may be differences between the display and the actual product. The company is not liable for indirect damages.
Intellectual property and jurisdiction
All content, images, and designs on the site are the property of the company, and may not be used without written permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
