Home delivery arrives within 14 business days, free on every order. You can also pick up your order from our store in Kfar Chabad at no cost.

For website purchases, the transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as it is in new condition and in its original packaging. For in-store purchases, the terms follow the regulations: jewelry priced up to NIS 3,000 may be returned within two days, excluding rest days. Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned. Yes. Every item comes with a 12-month warranty per the warranty terms, and with elegant gift packaging. Gold and diamond jewelry is accompanied by a Gindi Gold warranty and authenticity certificate, and our personal after-sales service is here for you beyond the warranty period. Absolutely. We specialize in custom design and engraving. Contact us and we’ll be glad to guide you through the process, from the idea to the finished piece.

You bring us the coin you received, and we design a gold frame for it and solder the frame to the rim of the coin only, so the face and the back stay intact. Hundreds of designs to choose from: a classic frame, a diamond-set frame, or a custom design. For details, see the Rebbe’s Coin page.

Yes. All transactions are carried out in a secure, encrypted environment. The available payment methods are shown at checkout when completing your order.

You can measure an existing ring that fits you, or come to the store for a precise measurement. We’re also happy to help determine the right size by phone.

We recommend storing each piece separately, avoiding contact with perfumes and chemicals, and cleaning gently with a soft cloth. We expand on this on the Tips & Articles page.

Absolutely, this is our specialty. Bring an idea or even a loose inspiration, and we will design and handcraft a one-of-a-kind piece for you in our own workshop. The process takes one to two weeks, with an individual quote per piece.

We work with the world’s leading gemological certificates, GIA and IGI, and certified diamonds are available. The goldsmith personally selects the best stone for you: natural or lab-grown, to match your taste and budget.

You sit with the goldsmith himself, examine the stones together under a loupe, and plan without pressure. Everything, from design to setting and polishing, is done in our Kfar Chabad workshop.
