Home delivery arrives within 3 to 5 business days, and it’s free on every order. You can also pick up your order from our store in Kfar Chabad at no cost.

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, as long as it’s in new condition and in its original packaging. Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned. For more details, see our return policy.

Yes. Every item comes with a warranty according to its type, and with elegant gift packaging. Gold and diamond jewelry is accompanied by a Gindi Gold warranty and authenticity certificate.

You bring us the coin you received, and we design a gold frame for it and set it by hand with the utmost care. You can choose a classic frame, a diamond-set frame, or a custom design. For details, see the Rebbe’s Coin page.

Yes. All transactions are carried out in a secure, encrypted environment, and you can pay by credit card and other payment methods shown at checkout.

You can measure an existing ring that fits you, or come to the store for a precise measurement. We’re also happy to help determine the right size by phone.
