Returns & exchanges: For website purchases, the transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product. For a watch purchased in-store, within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the law, provided it is unused. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days in the original packaging.
Custom orders / engraved items are not eligible for return.
Every piece of jewelry and every watch comes with a Gindi Gold warranty card, providing 12 months of coverage for defects in material and workmanship (for watches: the movement).
