Repairs in Our In-House Workshop
Every repair is carried out in the workshop at our factory store in Kfar Chabad, by our own goldsmiths. Your piece is never sent out, it stays with us from the moment you hand it over until it is returned, in the hands of a team that has practiced goldsmithing since 1985.
That is how we can stand behind every piece of work that leaves here, with personal service and a precise answer to every question.
What We Repair
Our workshop handles a wide range of work, including:

- Chain and clasp repairs
- Stone tightening and resetting
- Polishing and refreshing older pieces

How It Works
Bring your piece to the factory store in Kfar Chabad, or send us a photo on WhatsApp for an initial assessment. Once our goldsmiths have examined it, you will receive a personal, transparent quote before any work begins, with no obligation on your part.
Work starts only after you approve.

We also repair jewelry purchased anywhere else. Our goldsmiths examine each piece on its own merits and recommend the treatment that suits it.
Pieces purchased at Gindi Gold and covered by our warranty certificate are handled according to the warranty terms.
