This page sets out the complete warranty terms for jewelry and watches purchased at Gindi Gold Jewelry, and our exchange and return policy.
Jewelry Warranty
- Every gold and/or stone-set jewelry item purchased at Gindi Gold Jewelry is covered by a warranty against any defect in material and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding loss of the item or any part of it.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper and/or unreasonable use of the item, including breakage, knocks, scratches, or wear of plating.
- Any treatment of the item by a party not authorized by the company will release the company from warranty and service obligations.
- The warranty on the setting of diamonds and stones is valid during the warranty period, provided that no damage or breakage has occurred to the prong holding the stone. The warranty does not apply to damage to the prong caused by a knock, impact, or other harm to the item, even if it occurred without the customer noticing.
- Do not spray perfume, alcohol, cosmetics, or chemicals on jewelry, pearls, or stones.
- Remove jewelry before sleeping and/or performing any physical work or activity that could damage it, and place it on a soft, safe surface so it does not fall or get scratched.
- Do not shower with your jewelry or wear it in the sea/pool.
- No warranty is provided on repairs, re-plating of jewelry, or coins.
- For coin-setting work: the gold frame and the setting are covered by the Gindi Gold warranty for 12 months. The warranty does not apply to the coin itself.
Watch Warranty
- Every watch purchased at Gindi Gold Jewelry is covered by a warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The watch warranty covers the proper functioning of the movement only. There is no warranty against water damage.
- The warranty does not cover the strap, crown, watch case, or glass, nor any damage caused by improper use of the watch: impact/shaking/dropping.
- Any treatment of the watch by a party not authorized by the company will release the company from warranty and service obligations.

Service, Repairs & Contact
Warranty service and repairs are carried out personally at our Kfar Chabad store, by our in-house goldsmiths. You are welcome to visit us with your jewelry or watch during opening hours, and our team will be glad to take care of you.
Beyond the warranty period as well, we remain at our customers’ service and provide personal assistance as needed, subject to inspection of the item.
