The website gindigold.com is operated by Gindi Gold Jewelry Ltd., which has been manufacturing and marketing jewelry and diamonds for over 30 years. Use of the site and making purchases on it are subject to the following terms. Use of the site constitutes agreement to these terms. Use is permitted from age 18 and up and for private purposes only.
Orders and payment
- Purchases on the site are possible by credit card or PayPal only. Checks, cash, or offsetting credits from previous purchases are not accepted.
- An order is confirmed only after approval by the credit card company, and a final confirmation will be sent by email within 48 working hours.
- Once an order is confirmed it cannot be canceled or changed through the site. To inquire, you may contact us by phone.
- Prices include VAT. Prices may change from time to time.
Supply and shipping
Delivery arrives within 14 business days of order confirmation, to the address provided or by self-pickup from the store in Kfar Chabad. Delivery is made in person and not to a P.O. box. Delays may occur for reasons beyond our control.
Return and exchange policy
- For jewelry purchased in person at our store, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, the transaction may be cancelled for a refund where the item’s price does not exceed NIS 3,000 – within two days of purchase, excluding rest days. Jewelry priced above NIS 3,000 is not eligible for cancellation under the regulations.
- For watches purchased in person at our store, the transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the regulations, with no price cap – provided the watch is unused and undamaged.
- For purchases made on our website (distance selling), a 14-day cancellation right applies from receipt of the product, under Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Statutory cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction or NIS 100 – whichever is lower. For credit card transactions, the clearing fee actually charged by the credit card company will additionally apply.
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, against the purchase invoice or warranty card, in the original packaging and with no signs of use. The right of exchange may be exercised once only.
- Returns beyond the statutory cancellation right entitle the customer to an exchange or store credit; store credit is valid for 6 months from issuance.
- For diamond/gemstone-set items, the product will first be sent for inspection, and only after confirmation that it is the same item purchased will the refund be approved.
- Items purchased by special order, engraved, custom-designed, or made/altered to the customer’s measurements (including length, size, or plating) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty and limitation of liability
The company may cancel an order in the event of an error, lack of stock, or suspicion of commercial use. Images on the site are for illustration only, and there may be differences between the display and the actual product. The company is not liable for indirect damages.
Intellectual property and jurisdiction
All content, images, and designs on the site are the property of the company, and may not be used without written permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
